Grandma and Grandpa Bobbie were here for two weeks. We enjoyed having them so much. It's such a blessing having them come after a baby's birth.
Grandma Bobbie with Rachel and Miriam
All of our babies have been born with hair, but Miriam did seem to have a little more than the others. It was also really dark. Allie's was dark, but then went lighter. I kept questioning whether it would stay dark.
Showing off more neck strength and a slight smile.
One of many cute poses in her sleep.
Trying to catch smiles. She was very alert.
Just another picture.
Daddy got to take some time off of work. He played different games with the girls. Here, they had set up a ramp for balls to knock down blocks. They all had a lot of fun, and Buddy enjoyed watching, too.
We were blessed with acquiring this swingset/playset for free. A lady had originally listed the swings and slide for free. We figured we could build something to put them on.When Jared went out to get them, she asked if he'd want the tower. He said that we'd love it, we'd just need to find someone with a truck to help. A nice guy from church helped us out and we got to bring it home. Jared set it up with help from family. They girls loved it! Allie learned to pump on the swing. It was a big day!
In addition to learning to swing by herself, Allie was a good big sister and helped Rachel, too. It's moments like these that make my heart happy.
Grandma and Grandpa Bobbie couldn't stay forever, unfortunately. They got lots of snuggles with Miriam while they were here.
And they were missed by everyone when they left, even Buddy. He sat by the door they left out of for quite sometime.
Rachel, as always, was great at bringing smiles to all. This silly girl picked out this outfit all by herself.
