In Stillwater, there is a restaurant called Eskimo Joe's. It's a "must go." We even saw someone in Yellowstone National Park with an Eskimo Joe's shirt before we moved to Oklahoma. As one might guess, the mascot is Eskimo Joe, and he has a dog named Buffy.
We did visit Eskimo Joe's and enjoyed the food. But we are blessed with our own little Eskimo Allie to entertain us during our meals at home, as well as times other than meals.
